Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2  business days to process your order once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day (excluding public holidays). Cut off time for overnight shipping is 12:00PM PST. Standard Overnight is delivered M-F, Saturday Delivery is an additional fee.

SHIPPING FAQ's:

 

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Parcel Select. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

What do I do if my tracking update says "delivered" but I did not receive my package?

Palm Charm shipments do not require a signature upon delivery, except those sent via FedEX . While all shipping carriers are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your product. If you receive a "delivered" message from our carrier but do not receive your package, please contact the carrier after you've checked the entire premises of your home. If you are not able to track down your package through the carrier, our store policy will allow us to either reissue your order or offer you store credit within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date.

 Refund Policy

Here at Palm Charm we want you to be happy with your purchase. If in the unlikely event that you are not happy, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (please see exceptions below). Returned products must be in new condition, must include all original parts and accessories, and must be returned in the original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately contact Customer Service at info@palmcharm.com for further instructions. If we accept your return, we will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., Federal Express, UPS, USPS) with tracking capabilities. 

During the holiday season returns are extended to 45 days of delivery for a full refund.

AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Sale at any time. You will be subject to the Terms of Sale in force at the time you place your order with us, unless any change to these Terms of Sale is required to be made by law (in which case it will apply to any orders previously placed by you).
